Working Principle of the Integrated PSA Oxygen Generator with Oxygen Filling System

The oxygen generator and filling system operate based on the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) principle, using zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is largely adsorbed, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, achieving nitrogen-oxygen separation under PSA conditions. The system employs a dual adsorption tower process: one tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, while the other undergoes desorption and regeneration. Through PLC intelligent program control, pneumatic angle seat valves open and close, enabling the two towers to alternate cycles and continuously produce high-quality oxygen.
